The Ashley Bridge at Cones Road, Rangiora is currently: CLOSED

Closure and re-opening of these bridges will be advised through The Radio Network on NEWSTALK ZB and also through the Radio Works network on MORE FM.

Detours

Old Waimakariri Bridge
In case of closure of the Old Waimakariri Bridge, drivers are asked to detour via the motorway bridge on S.H. 1

Ashley Bridge (Cones Rd)
Later this week (w/c 30th August 2010) the Contractor will be levelling one pier on the Ashley Bridge (Cones Road). This will involve reduced speed limits to 30kph at certain times and periodically closing one lane of the bridge. There may also be short closures of the bridge during the process. Work which could affect traffic will be carried out during off-peak traffic times.

In case of closure of the Ashley Bridge at Cones Road, drivers are asked to use the detour below.
