‘Crossing the digital divide and championing collaboration’ was this year’s theme at the 2nd annual ad:tech New Zealand conference which took place on November 17th 2015 at AUT Business School. ad:tech New Zealand is a one day marketing innovation conference & exhibition bringing together brand marketers, agencies, publishers and digital technology professionals.
Tourism New Zealand has been touring the South Island ski fields and taking the selfie to another level with ‘dronies – selfies by drones. Their campaign encourages consumers who want their video taken to share the footage using the #NZdronie hashtag.
This campaign is on top of their traditional paid advertising campaigns and has got a great deal of press coverage througout the world including Mashable and worldwide media.
